    Hey Rajin, go in OpenIV to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 and right click to vehicles.meta. Choose Edit and click on the top on search. Now search your vehicle wich is dissapaering (example sherrif or police4) INGAME an scroll down to /;lodDistances. There are 6 different numbers which you must change all to 500.000. Voila, your Problem get fixed. If my description is to difficult, check up this youtube video below greets
