To install the mod in story mod:

1. Open "OpenIV"
2. Select Grand Theft Auto V
3. Then go to "update.rpf" make a copy in mods folder by pressing "Show in "mods" folder".
3. Then go to mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks
4. Paste the file (09zr1scpd) inside this path
5. then go to update > update.rpf > common > data > scroll down and open "dlclist.xml"
6. paste this line with other Items "dlcpacks:/09zr1scpd/"
7. save and close.

Hello Everybody,
 
Welp, I've been promising this pack for quite some time and after 10 months of building it, it has finally come to be. 
 
There is so many lightbars, configurations, setups, features that it is hard to name all of them so I'm sure I am going to miss some of the unique touches I put into each department and the overall ones within the pack but I will do my best to remember. This pack is planned to be supported with fixes to issues as I come across them while recording content.
 
- Over 60 Vehicles that you can customize to your liking with light color setups and/or liveries
- 4k Liveries for +HI YTD's and 2k Liveries for YTD
- Replacement Vehicles to Replace Default LEO Vehicles that have working LOD's (I am no good at creating LOD's so they are not the most optimized but they are there)
- Light Pod Templates (You are able to change any light pod color on any of the vehicles you want. The template is included in the files to do this)
- All Blue Light Setup has been included for those that want to run all blues but customize however you want!
- Vehicle Templates (You are able to change the liveries to something else that you desire instead. The Template is provided to make your own)
- Reflective Liveries (The Paleto Bay Department vehicles DO have reflective Liveries)
- Siren Controller(I forget which departments I did this to, but the siren controller lights for the different stages do work for the extra detail)
- Working Radar (The Vehicles Speed Tracked (Green Light) works in the HEAT units using the Rockstar Race Dash Dials)
- Rotating Spotlight (All of the vehicles have working Spotlights (With the exception of the CVPI's) the work with the Scoop Dummy (Controlled the same way as the bulldozer)
- Working Take Down Lights (All Vehicles have Take Downs with the exception of the Misc Service Ones)
- Working Traffic Advisor Lights  (For vehicles that have a traffic advisor)
- Working Ally Lights (All Vehicles)
- Rambar and Wrap Around Extra (Some departments have the option to install a wrap around on your rambar, others have the option to run no rambar)
- Accessory removal (On the FBI/Unmarked units you can choose to remove/add a rambar and/or add/remove ALPR Camera's mounted on the roof)
- Lights that move with doors (If I have a light on a door, it should move when you open it, this includes trunks as well as bumpers if they get blown off)
- Working Cargo Organizer (When You open the trunk on most models, the trunk organizer drawer will open up as well with accessories/equipment inside)
- Plus Much More that I can't think of.

- Do you plan to make a non els version?
If I'm bored, and GTA 6 hasn't been announced yet, then I may try and make an Non ELS Version of this pack. It of coarse, will have limitations due to the settings and features ELS can provide (Take Downs, Traffic Advisors, etc.) over non els.
 
- Do you plan to add more vehicles?
It is possible. I did want to maybe do some Fort Zancudo vehicles as well but its not guaranteed
 
- I can't get this to work, can you help me install it?
No, I'm sorry but my time is very stretched thin to where I can't hold anyone's hand. You are downloading this with the understanding/knowledge of how to install vehicles into your game. I've set this up as a DLC only to better optimize the file size of the download.
 
- Can I upload my liveries I create?
Yes! You may re upload the YTD file with your created livery. I ask however that you link your upload to this page so the YFT can be downloaded. DO NOT UPLOAD THE YFT Files!

Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

When Law Enforcement Officers or military personnel kill suspects, they often handcuff the person for safety reasons when the suspect's death isn't confirmed yet; the suspect might be unconscious or pretending to be. You may restrain dead people you or someone else killed. If you don't want to do so, you can hide the restrain prompt and continue handling the scene.
 
TL;DR: Why bother to restrain someone dead?: In-game, a person lying on the ground is considered dead, however not in real life, the person could be unconscious or pretending to be dead. Law Enforcement does this all the time.
 
Hold T or DPad Right to restrain the ped.
Press H to ignore the ped, meaning the prompt will be removed for that certain person.

Known Bugs, Issues, and Other Things
Elderly Civilian Lost:  If you get into your vehicle after calling a taxi for the civ the callout will think you are driving the civ home. Just ignore the instructions and mini-map until the civ gets into the taxi. The callout should automatically end afterward.  The civ may immediately get out of the taxi after entering it One of the paramedics may  get out of the ambulance after entering it

Hello LCPDFR! I am finally back to developing for LSPDFR after quite some time off! I am currently working on a new callout plugin based solely on ULSA! These callouts will be pre-defined locations throughout the campus area! I am going ahead and putting this file out to get some suggestions on things you as the community might want to see in this plugin! I am excited to see what all ideas you all come up with for this plugin! Sometimes in LSPDFR, I really enjoy to slow down and do day-to-day calls. I plan on adding some more high action callouts with this, but also plan to stay fair to my roots!
 
June 19, 2024 Note from Author: I have just pushed an update with some general fixes! I plan to start working on LSPDFR content again and get some stuff published within the next few weeks! I will be updating old stuff like Variety Callouts, County Callouts, and University Callouts, as well as have some new ideas on the way!

This mod creates ALPR-enabled traffic cameras around the city of Los Santos. If the traffic camera has a hit, it will notify you just as ALPR+ does. The notification will indicate the cross streets, the direction the vehicle is traveling, the flags, the vehicle model, color, and plates. You will only get hits from nearby traffic cameras. View the INI to edit the range.

 
 
Make sure to put ALPR_TrafficCameras.dll and ALPR_TrafficCameras.ini and ALPR_TrafficCameras.pdb into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder. 
Make sure to have the latest version of RageNativeUI installed.
 
Take a look at the INI at least once to make sure you are satisfied with the settings.

AV False Positive
Section136Callouts will trigger some online virus searching engines, such as VirusTotal. This is because the engines used to scan files submitted to sites such as VirusTotal use extremely aggressive heuristics to determine whether something contains a virus. However, as a side effect of this - binaries such as GTA plugins, which make use of memory hooking to achieve a large amount of what they do, will be flagged up. Section136Callouts does not contain any malicious code whatsoever, and you can safely ignore any warnings you receive as a false positive. 
 
Section136Callouts should not flag up in any desktop antivirus engines, however may - on occasion, when a new version is released. 
 
Dependencies
Whilst every effort is made to keep the dependencies bundled with the Section136Callouts download up-to-date, sometimes - being human - I do miss things. As such, you can download the following Section136Callouts dependencies externally:
 
RageNativeUI - https://github.com/alexguirre/ragenativeui/releases (you may need to update this library after a game update)
Newtonsoft.Json - https://www.newtonsoft.com/json
 
Section136Callouts may interact with maxplayledev.org Online Services to report plugin issues, authenticate users against Early Access Club and perform update checks.
If you'd rather Section136Callouts not reach out to the network whatsoever, just enable Prohibit Network Transmission in the configuration file. Kidnapping: Prevent the kidnapper from committing a murder (added in 0.0.1) Suspicious Cargo: Drive to the caller's position and inspect the cargo. (added in 0.0.1) Pool Accident: A person fell drunk into a pool and swallowed a lot of water. Save her/him. (added in 0.0.1) Trespassing: A homeless person is sleeping on private property. Handle the situation appropriately. (added in 0.0.2) Stranded Whale: There have been several reports of a beached whale, get rid of it! (added in 1.1.0.0) Active Shooter: Investigate the reported location and stop the threat.  (added in 1.1.0.0) Building On Fire: A structure caught fire. Respond to the location, let the fire fighters do their job and catch the arsonist. (added in 1.2.0.0) Plane Emergency: A commercial plane declared an emergency respond and handle the situation. (added in 1.3.0.0) Parking Offence: A civilian reported a wrong parked car, check for a permit. (added in 1.3.0.0) Diamond Casino Heist Act I: Help the N.O.O.S.E. Captain arresting the suspects robbing the casino, (added in 2.0.0.0)  This is rather a mission than an actual realistic callout.  
Ambient Callouts inspired by Wilderness Callouts:
Speeding Vehicle: A vehicle is driving way too fast. Catch the speeder! (added in 2.0.0.0) Armed Person: A person is walking with a gun in public, approach and handle the situation.  (added in 2.0.0.0) BETA NOTICE: Ambient Callouts are in open beta, which means many bugs could potentially occur. This is a test release of one of the vehicles I will be including in my City Works Pack. It includes 2 Animal Control Trucks that you can use to replace those old ass trucks. One with R/B option and one with the  Amber option. The final release will be released on Patreon. If you have any feed back feel free contact me on Discord. I designed the the truck to work with Ultimate Backup so the kennel collisions have been removed from the roof so the animal can fall in the truck and not left on the street. Non ELS/FiveM vehicles will are a WIP and will start being released the first quarter of this year. I'm releasing some of my old builds or cars that was sitting up collecting dust in the dump file. Before anyone start complaining these are old vehicles that were in an extra file where I scratched either the project or the vehicles, and these are my old builds.
