This is a skin pack made by yours truly TmBB101! I recently found the design in the Wisconsin section on the PCW! This pack includes a livery for the 2013 Explorer(Evans & BXB Versions) & the 2015 PPV Tahoe! All the models used within these pictures can be found below! Modifying is allowed for personal use only! This is a skin pack made by yours truly TmBB101! I recently found the design in the Wisconsin section on the PCW! American gangs are somewhat unqiue but as I said before some gangs are more equipped depending on the area and how much money they have. What is SWAT gonna do if a officer gets fired opon they don't just instantly get ready in 2 minutes?

Yes but gangs from LA, NJ, NY.... all those majors citys have a possibility of having a increase in weapons and higher grades of weapons.
