help my gta keeps crashing after going on duty

i first loaded up and wasnt on duty so tried doing force duty, gave me error so i downloaded everything again and now whenever i try go on duty it just crashes my game! have put down my crash report

i deleted all my plugins it worked so its something with my plugins

Yes

You have multiple plugin-issues

Your CalloutManager, is Version=0.2.0.0. You need vers. 1.4.1!
But also

AssortedCallouts, , CalloutInterface, ImmersiveCallouts, PeterUCallouts, SuperCallouts, TrafficPolicer, UnitedCallouts, Wilderness Callouts

Are all in need of updating. You need to disable them and try without
If you still have issue post a new log, from *after* you done the disabling
