I was able to figure it out. I re-named my "mods" folder to "_mods" disabling it. I then started the game and loaded into the story mod with an un-modded version. I then closed the game and changed "_mods" back to "mods" and was able to get the application to recognize the mods folder. Thank you for your response

I loaded GTA V today and upon loading into story mode, none of my mods are working. I have the three files in ASI manager installed, that I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no effect. my mods folder is labeled "mods" and in the main directory. I recently downloaded a DLC car mod that I placed in the correct location in the "mods" folder and then edited the dlclist. It appears the problem began after that. I deleted that mod and removed the line from the dlclist. I rechecked the dlclist and I believe it is clear of any errors. Any help would be appreciated.

That didnt work unfortunately. Like I indicated above stop the ped, and police radio are not loading either.

When forceduty is used in the commandline some mods load most do not. I also get a warning Unhandled Exception Force duty...check log or something like that. I tried to check the log but I am not familiar with how to locate errors. Here it is below.

I have redux installed any chance its an issue with that?

Sure is. I added a new mods folder. Tried with original gameconfig, tried with more mods and less mods with the stock traffic and 0.5. Still no change. I should note that I am using Shadow PC. Just an FYI, I doubt it's the culprit.

I moved LML and the mods folders to a backup folder and then deleted both. Restarted computer. Still does not load. I noticed when I initiate the game through rockstar social club it says loading for a bit and then quickly says exiting game or something to that effect.
