Nevermind. I had to run Rage with Admin rights. I'll leave this here and maybe it will help someone.

So I just did a fresh install like I normally do with an update. I have EVERYTHING installed properly. I log into my account after clicking on Rage and then it just hangs. It doesn't start the game or "hook" as it were. It just hangs saying "launching game". Please help.

Wow interesting. Ok. Well off hand do you know which scripts rely on V Dot Net? Like ELS or Speed Radar? Stop The Ped? Etc. Thanks.

So as we all know, at least I do now, SHV DOT NET isn't working... My question is, what mods rely on V Dot Net? Thanks!

Are you on Windows 11 by chance? Also are you up to date with everything? Or are you using older versions of GTAV and LSPDFR?

SHVDOT Net doesn't work as I now know after trouble shooting and reading up about it. And I don't need it for a trainer to work. Sorry for my comment as I should have done more thorough testing. And great, well I hope a fix comes for it at some point.

Script Hook V Dot Net works just fine outside of Rage / LSPDFR! You need it to use a trainer and the trainer works outside of Rage. It works just fine in Storymode as I can use the trainer in storymode just fine. Is there a fix coming for V Dot Net?

Thanks Len. Your efforts are appreciated and this is new info I was not aware of but sadly this is not what I was looking for. Honestly I'm not sure what I need as I have tried many different uses of these file names and still can not get random tones to play. I was more so looking at the file names that look like 0x0xxxxx for example. I'm not sure how siren pack creators get custom sounds to be used or what they name their WAV files or what they edit their VCF to look like. I think I'm in way over my head here. Thanks anyway.

Not sure how easy of a request this is but can anyone tell me all of the file names for sirens/horn in the vehicles.awc? I have some siren sound packs that have sounds with no file names and I would like to try them out but I'm not sure which file is WAIL or YELP or HORN etc. So if those that create siren sound packs or at least someone with knowledge as to every audio file used/edited when making siren packs could tell me the names I'd be extremely appreciative! Thanks!

So after having downloaded a few different ones, it has come to my attention that the postal codes are DIFFERENT for each one! I really wish modders would take the time to explain about their mods and to triple check all their instructions for the paths on where to install everything. Seems most are just in a hurry to post up their work and can't wait to get the "awesome and pat on the back comments". I also wish there was a dedicated website to host ALL proper working and instructed mod files. It is absolutely flooded with soo many iterations of the same type of mod and overall things are just a mess. IMO. Anyway.... My question to those who know.... What are the proper postal codes for the different regions? I don't want to use a version of these realistic atlas maps that are out here and the postal codes be incorrect when a callout directs me to "7080" when in fact it should be "9080" or something different! So obviously the title gives a hint to my idea but could the original creator or ANYONE possibly do a Grammar Stop The Ped or Grammar Ped or something? It would be THE ultimate immersion addition to this, I want to say sim, not game because of the quality of everything. Car models and schemes, ELS and of course LSPDFR. I would love to be able to ask questions using a mic and have the ped react and answer rather than scrolling and selecting a question to ask. Throwin the line and bait out, hopefully something bites! I see. Thank you for the reply anyways whether it's incorrect or not. I kind of figured it might be for a citation but part of me thinks it's regarding something else as there are usually ticket numbers on the citation given. Like on the corners of the citation. I'm assuming the number increases after each citation is torn off. ALTHOUGH there may be a line that's blank that officers request a number to fill in with. Thanks for responding anyway!

In Grammar Police there is an option to request a ticket #. What is this and if officers ask for this IRL what does it pertain to? Thanks.

Your mic is not hooked up properly or setup up properly in your operating system. I use bluetooth for my headset and it will say this in the game until I connect my headset and restart the game. Read the readme files and instructions on how to set it up. Simple.

When I click on the link to go to the Scripthook website and click download (not download SDK) I am brought to the main website with nothing to download nor does anything start to download. I have NEVER had a problem clicking on download and receiving the file. Am I the only one experiencing this?? Issue as follows with pics.... Thanks.

Apologies if this has been asked/answered but is there a way (hopefully simple) to make a 1 stage lighting car into a 3 stage? Right now a car I'd like to use requires only one keystroke to turn the stage 3 lights on. I'd like to have the warning, code 2 and code 3 if possible. Is it as simple as editing the VCF? Thanks.

Ok so I'm not sure you understand and no sir no uniform mods. And you're right it's not 150 options it up to 420 with absolute useless content. I'm just asking if it would be possible to get rid of all of these useless slots so I don't have to cycle through so many choices to get to the "barely any" uniform options that I like to use. Also a lot of the clothing does not fit the model correctly. Like parts of the body will show through the clothing. Examples and notice the amount of choices by the red arrow....
