    do not use the base vehicles versions, this is much better for that imo https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/misc/28735-eup-backup-configurations-93/ if you want the addon vehicles I would recommend this

    no, it just modifies files from an existing plugin there is no plugins folder in the download so you need to find the exact folder to put it in
