The Pennsylvania State Police was founded in 1905 by order of Governor Samuel Pennypacker, by signing Senate Bill 278 on May 2, 1905. I just noticed this is the first time I made something other than a regular police pack. IRL All Ford Crown Victoria's in the Pennsylvania State Police have been retired, The vic is only here for nostalgia.

Features
All features are developed from scratch by me. I hope you will enjoy them. I'm aware that there are other talented mod authors out there, also providing some of the features I have implemented by my own. That's why I designed this plugin to be highly configurable. You can disable almost any feature by it's own if you prefer another mod for that.

Vehicle Instruments
This mod comes with a speedometer, fuel gauge and vehicle dashboard. They will work with cars, trucks, bikes and quad-bikes. You can configure the position, size and more while playing via an in-game menu. The speedometer does support km/h and mp/h.
The dashboard displays the following values: open doors warning, headlight status, engine status, tire-pressure monitoring system, fuel warning, hand-brake and emergency light status. A symbol that turns yellow wants to draw your attention to a problem. Let's assume the tire was damaged, now there's a tire misalignment and your vehicle tends to pull slightly in one direction. This changes the air pressure. The display turns yellow. If the tire has completely burst and you are riding on the rim, the display turns red.
Barriers & Cones v2.0
I decided to keep Traffic Block (my predecessor mod) the light weight mod it is and implement barriers and cones v2.0 into Traffic Suite. You may ask yourself what is new? Based on user feedback I added more barriers, the option to choose how barriers should be removed (last, nearby, all) and more options. There is also a brand new easy build option, where you can build barriers via key-bind while the menu is closed.
Block Traffic with Emergency Vehicle v2.0
"This feature allows you to operate on a street in case of an emergency, without having NPCs driving around you. Traffic stops will not be blocked by this feature, because it triggers only when you park your car diagonally to the road" - quoting myself.
Based on user feedback this feature can now be disabled/enabled in-game via menu or key-bind. In addition I improved the detection of valid road block scenarios, it should now be more easy to park your car diagonally to the road and block the traffic. All .ini settings supported by "Traffic Block" are also supported by Traffic Suite, they were just renamed. See version 1.0.3 and above, a pre-configured .ini comes with the download. You can find the settings in the [SirenStopsTraffic] section of the .ini.
Fuel Simulation
If you wish, fuel consumption is simulated for the vehicle you currently drive. My aim was to have a somehow realistic calculation (7.5L per 100 Kilometers, you can configure it in the .ini). In addition you can choose the simulation factor in-game via menu, to increase the fuel consume. Fuel consume on quad-bikes and bikes is reduced compared to cars and trucks.
Gas Stations
Drive to a gas station, exit your vehicle and accept the offer (configured action key, by default Y). Your vehicle will start refueling. Different gas station brands offer different prices. May the hunt for the cheapest gas station begin!
Repair Shops
15 Repair Shops in San Andreas will wait for you to repair any body and engine damage to your vehicle. Drive to the shop, exit your vehicle and accept the offer via Y. Your vehicle will be fully repaired while your fuel level will not change. In case your car was almost empty, the repair shop gives you just enough fuel to make it to the next gas station.
Services
Coroner, Tow Truck and a Roadside Assistance Mechanic are 24/7 at your service. Apart from the coroner each service will cost you 500$ per provided service (read more about this in the "Bank of Liberty" chapter). In case the service is not available, the Service Dispatch will inform you about the problem.
Limitations: the Tow Truck can only tow cars and quad-bikes. The roadside assistance mechanic can only repair fuel and engine related problems. Both limitations can be overwritten in-game, but I guarantee nothing. Consider not to call too many services at once, more than two may lead to chaos.
Bank of Liberty
The Bank of Liberty does authorize and handle payments for Tow Trucks, Roadside Assistance, Gas Stations and Repair Shops. This feature supports playing as Michael, Trevor, Franklin or custom LSPDFR character (custom characters are limited to 65.000$). A daily payroll at ~0:00 AM (midnight) will add money to your account - configurable via the Traffic Suite config file. Of course the Bank of Liberty can be disabled via menu - if you wish to play without this feature. As additional income you can get a share from towed vehicles - but this optional feature must be enabled by you.
Customizable Vehicle Exit
Leave your vehicle with style! You decide if the driver door should stay open or not, if indicator lights should be active or if the wheels stay steered. This feature is fully supported by the Traffic Suite menu and can be configured in-game.
Optional Cheats Menu
When you activate this feature before starting your game, the Traffic Suite menu will contain a new sub-menu called "Cheats". The Highlight of the new Cheats menu is the vehicle repair function, that will only repair your car but not fill the gas tank. From now on you can fix your vehicle and still experience the fuel simulation and gas station feature.
Automatic Turn Signals
Drive left, drive right or in a straight line: your turn signals will react to it and let others know what you are up to. This feature can be configured ingame via the Traffic Suite menu.
Requirements
A legal copy of GTA V RAGE Plugin Hook RageNativeUI 1.9.2+ ( https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases )
Installation
Ensure Rage Native UI is installed (it's not included in my download) Copy the plugin folder into your GTA V folder Configure the .ini to your needs Enable the plugin in the Rage Hook Settings. You can find more detailed instructions within the ReadMe file.
Known Bugs
The mechanic is not very familiar with sports cars: Wrong position or animation with rear engines. Given that you reload my plugin while playing, the fuel calculation for your last vehicle might be wrong. The Tow Truck driver is still in training. Help him by parking the vehicle to be towed well aligned on the road. Otherwise the driver might chooses the sidewalk. Vehicle dashboard light status does not work in broad daylight (you should turn off lights anyhow 😉)

Ensure that you have followed the instructions within the ReadMe Ensure that the plugin was installed into GTA/plugins Ensure that you have at least RageNativeUI 1.9.2+ Acknowledge: Controller / Game-pad input is not officially supported by me for this plugin Acknowledge: By downloading another mod you may have downgraded your RageNativeUI, see point 4. Acknowledge: by using the "repair" console command (or any script that does auto-repair this way) your vehicles fuel tank will be set to full again. Avoid these commands if you want to play with fuel consume.
If you still have problems contact me via private message or on discord (see down below) and attach the RagePluginHook.log. I can't help you without this log file!
The Ragepluginhook.log is located in the GTA main folder. Do not share screenshots of your console.

Description:
- ReportsPlus was designed to act as an external MDT that can be used from another device (Windows/Mac OS) to create reports, receive actual game data, and make the LSPDFR experience much more immersive.
- ReportsPlus really shines when used from a separate system you have next to you, as it mimics an actual MDT, however, you can use it from the same system if you don't have access to another laptop you can use.
- ReportsPlus is not just typing reports like the name may suggest, as ReportsPlus has a fully functioning court system, lookup system for peds and vehicles, callout popups, ID popups when asking for them, tons of customization, and report types, full language translation, and SO MUCH more than I can list here.
- This is not a window that opens in-game such as something like CompuLite, it is an external application that connects to your game to be able to receive actual game data.
Key Features:
Court System- When creating a Citation or Arrest report, a court case will be created. These court cases will reveal their outcomes over a customizable amount of time, with charge/citation outcomes being taken from your Charges.xml and Citations.xml (Compatible with Compulite Charges/Citations) Ped/Veh Lookup- Peds and Vehicles can be looked up in their respective lookup apps. You can see tons of data for each such as license information, previous charges/citations, times stopped, vehicle registration/insurance information, and much more. Callout Popups- If you have Callout Interface installed, when receiving a callout in-game they will pop up on the Application where you can see their data. They then get put in the Callouts app to be viewed or closed with a Callout report created. ID Popups- If you have STP, when asking a ped for their ID or patting them down, you will have an ID popup in the Application with the suspect's ID and their information. Advanced Notes- Notes can be written in the Notes app, and data can be pulled directly from the notes into report windows when using tags Log Browser- View and edit previously created reports, arrests, and citations. Tons of Customization- You can customize almost everything in the Application. All of the colors can be changed as well as the desktop background color or setting it as an image of your choice. RP supports localization via the locale file to translate almost every piece of text in the entire Application. All dropdown options, Charges/Citations, Agencies/Divisions/Ranks, notifications, and so much more. {NEW} Custom Reports- Create custom reports with completely customizable custom dropdowns which can be shared. For more information consult the User Guide included in the installation.

GNaRsTii reacted to Echooo for a file, Immersive Ambient EventsImmersive Ambient Events is an ambient events plugin designed to fill in gaps of your patrol where nothing happens for long periods of time, without interfering with callouts, pursuits, pullovers, or anything else you may be doing!
Important: Due to how the severe weather event works, the game time cannot be frozen, or else the event will never end, there is a workaround in the FAQ below.

Features:
- Timer System:
The plugins timer system constantly checks if you're available for calls and not doing anything significant. If you accept a callout or do anything else that would make the plugin consider you busy (Get into a pursuit, start a traffic stop, or otherwise set yourself as not available for calls) the plugins timer system stops and resets to the time you specify in the ini file, and it doesn't start again until you are no longer busy. Only one event in this plugin spawns at a time (with the exception of the Vehicle BOLO event, more on this below), to avoid overloading you with things to do.
- Two Menus:
The plugins menu allows you to customize all your ini values in game, and save them to the ini file. It even allows you to change the keybinds for the menu in game! The menu also has multiple other uses, like interacting with peds in specific events through the interaction submenu.
The plugin also has a second menu, which can be accessed in the RPH F4 console using the command "IAEOpenForceEventMenu" This second menu will allow you to forcefully spawn any event in the plugin, as well as forcefully end the current event that's active.
- Error Handling System:
We've all been there, you're enjoying a nice patrol on LSPDFR, then suddenly one plugin has an error and it crashes LSPDFR. This plugin has an error handling system that will help prevent that from happening! If for any reason an error happens within the plugin, a notification will be displayed, notifying you that an error occurred, it will log the error, and it will prevent a full LSPDFR crash. If the error happens to come from an ambient event and not one of the plugins backend systems, the plugin will log the error, display a notification, and forcefully end the event and continue on spawning new events like nothing happened. However, this system is not full-proof, so there is still a (small) chance that LSPDFR might crash if there's an error. I will continue to improve this system in future updates.
- In Depth Vehicle BOLO System:
One of the events, Vehicle BOLO, saves between game sessions. Meaning that if you don't catch the guy during your patrol and get off LSPDFR, that exact same suspect(s) and vehicle will be there waiting for you in the same BOLO the next time you hop on. There's even a chance that an AI unit could locate the BOLO suspect and initiate a pursuit. Pay close attention to the details regarding the crime, as it can hint as to how the suspect will react when trying to be pulled over. This event is designed to be as randomized as possible for maximum replayability, even the amount of details you get on the vehicle is randomized. Sometimes you may get the make and model, sometimes maybe the make and a partial plate, etc etc. "But what if I have custom vehicles installed that replaces AI traffic?" Well I have good news for you, I included a file (bolomodels.json) within the Immersive Ambient Events folder that allows you to customize the names of the make, model, and class of vehicles in the notification. With this file you can even add new vehicles to the list of vehicles used in the event. Because this event usually lasts long periods of time, it runs on its own timer that's independent from the other ambient events.
- Realistic Severe Weather Event:
No more patrols where the weather stays the exact same unless you manually change it. With the severe weather event, a storm (or blizzard if the current weather is a snow based one) can roll in at any moment, and even have the potential to knock out power across the map, making it extremely dark if it happens to be late at night. Hopefully your vehicle has spotlights or takedowns!
FAQ:
How can I patrol during a specific time of day while having the severe weather event enabled?:
In simpletrainer, go to the time settings, and enable "Real Time Duration" what this does is it makes one minute in game the same as one minute in real life. Then you can change the ini setting for the severe weather event and set "HoursItLasts" to 0, and set the minutes option to be however long you want the storm to last.
How can I tell when an ambient event is happening?:
Events will either display a notification of some sort, or a yellow question mark blip will appear on the minimap where the event is happening.
The question mark blip for an event disappeared when I got close to the event or exited my vehicle, is this normal?:
Yes, most events automatically delete the blip once you get close enough to be considered participating in the event, the events also take into consideration whether you're on foot or not before deleting the blip as well.
Why is the "Interaction" item on the plugins menu greyed out?:
The interaction submenu is only enabled whenever there's an active event that uses it. If it is greyed out, that means no event that uses that system is active.
Why am I not getting updated sightings for the Vehicle BOLO event?:
For the Vehicle BOLO event, you need to be set as available for calls for the blip to update and for you to receive a notification. By default the event is set up to not show updated sighting notifications unless you are within 1000 meters of the area, however this can be changed in the BOLO event section of the plugins menu
Why can't I pull over the vehicle involved with the Vehicle Trouble event?:
This is done on purpose, to prevent the pullover from interfering with tasks given to the driver. Don't worry, this is temporary and once the event is finished, you can pull that driver over if needed!

GNaRsTii reacted to cp702 for a file, SirenSetting Limit AdjusterThis mod raises various siren limits in GTA V.
The per-vehicle siren limit is raised from 20 to 32. Vehicles can now have siren1 through siren32, which are all fully functioning and independent. The siren_glass limit is also raised to 32. Note that the limit of 128 total bones on a vehicle still exists.
The maximum value of a siren setting ID in carcols is raised to 65535. In the base game, siren settings can conflict if one of them has a value over 255. Now, siren setting IDs can go up to 65535 without conflicting with each other.
This mod also expands the maximum number of unique siren settings you can have. If you have 400 cars, and they all have unique light patterns, that'll work.
Installation
Copy the included ASI to your game folder.
Usage
For additional lights, just use siren21 through siren32 and add extra entries to the siren settings in carcols.meta. Again, note that there is still a limit of 128 total bones on a single vehicle.
For the increased ID limit, just use a number bigger than "255" as the ID. The values 0, 255, and 65535 are reserved, so don't use those specific values. No additional configuration is required.
RPH Users
SSLA does not require RAGEPluginHook, but it is compatible with it. However, it is ONLY compatible with the latest version! RPH version 1.98 has a compatibility patch that will play nicely with SSLA v2. The latest RPH version can be found bundled with LSPDFR, or on the RAGEPluginHook Discord server.
If you had RAGEPluginHook and SSLA v1, you may have had a compatibility DLL in your Plugins folder. This DLL is no longer required and should be removed. RPH now talks directly to SSLA.
RPH plugins that deal with emergency lighting will continue to function, but may need to be updated to support lights 21 through 32.
FiveM Users
SSLA v2 is compatible with FiveM. The server owner must enable ASIs in server.cfg with sv_scripthookallowed true, and Each user must copy the ASI into the plugins folder in their FiveM Application Data. No changes are required to the server config.
RPH Developers
In RPH version 1.98 and up, the Lights member of an EmergencyLighting will be length EmergencyLighting.MaxLights (a static class property) instead of necessarily being length 20. They will still all have the same length, it's just that that length will be longer than 20 if SSLA is installed.
Logging
This ASI produces a SirenSettings.log file in your game directory. It records:
Every loaded SirenSetting, its name, its ID, and its internal index; Every loaded vehicle, its name, its siren ID, and the index it was matched to; Any conflicts, where two SirenSetting entries have the same ID. License

DO YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH DLS?

DLS is and will always be an open-source project and nothing around it will be behind a paywall. If you're someone with C# experience or programming experience in general and feel like contributing to DLS the help would be surely appreciated.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
DLS is not compatible with ELS as of release and there are no plans to support them. All vehicle configuration is set up in an external .xml file and allows for vehicle developers to still share the vehicle as functional non-ELS vehicles with all regular features. DLS is still in active development and future features are already planned. Do not post questions as Reviews as I'll not be able to answer it properly that way.

TalkativePlayer (Standalone Plugin)
A plugin that expands Player dynamic speech beyond game native code (i.e. taunting, pursuing, warcries, etc.) in response to game events achieving NPC-like situational awareness and only triggering if appropriate when certain conditions are met. Also includes various Player/Cop/Ped interactions to make the game world more lively and dynamic contextual animations with full-control of Player character.

A plugin replicating scanner herd in police vehicles while expanding upon original scope of chatter. Essentially Player’s radio in the background with dispatch managing/communicating with officers in the field beyond just Player callouts/plugins.

CPD Update 5.0 is finally happening! I also want to take this time to let you know that this pack will actually be converted to DLS, with a Non-ELS but with ELS functionality. Building this pack with DLC, will make it WAY more realistic than I can ever get it with ELS or Hybrid. At this current time with the current release of 3.2, and the current version of the beta release, you do not need DLS at this time. A notice will be placed with the pack will be converted to DLS. If you want to beta test the new version of CPD, you will need to have DLS installed, which works alongside with ELS, and will not have to remove ELS to use DLS

Here we are, finally, this pack is the way I had wanted it since I released it.
Few know why this rebuild became and thing, and little know why it was released so early, but I finally present to you, my Chicago police pack, to be as realistic, as possible, down to the lighting patterns, but enough of that. Not only does this pack contain some amazing lighting, and what not but it also contains some special features, that I personally have never seen done before, on the lcpdfr website.
On major key feature, that if you're from Chicago, you will know quite fondly which is self-operating brake lights in the rear lights on the body of the car in SUV's and in the light bars on the Sedans.
To get the brake lights to work actually took a bit of time, and while they are not perfect, they are to me and look absolutely amazing.
I originally released this early short of car's because my SSD, that help the files became corrupted, and when I did recover my files, I could no longer work on them, so this was very much needed to be done to this pack.
Some issues from the last pack that are no longer present in this pack and were fixed, is the interior on the 2020 FPIU was jacked up, and so that has been fixed, and all the spotlights are in perfect working order.
I'm going to stop rambling, and let you guys enjoy this pack, and all the work that was put into it.

I want to start with by saying thank you for over 50k downloads, this pack has come a very long way from the start, and even further away from the very first release for FHP, which I would have to agree myself, it was wildly inaccurate, but this new pack is the most accurate it's ever been, which help from my friend echooo who is a Florida native, and who helped push me to get these things as close to the real life counterparts as possible. And now I am finally releasing LORE skins for this pack, which is a first ever for me. My time working on this pack, has also helped me new friends in the dev community, such as Skys, and Jank who I have both worked with to make FHP not only better and more compatible with his pack, but to also release new things, I probably wouldn't have ever made.
Guys! It's finally done! after 3 years of work, I am finally pushing out the final release to FHP, the full release. While I say final release, it the final release for any major changes, every update after this will just be visual updates, and fixes to things that might still be broken, the pack was tested heavily before release, so every car should be good to go. Everything after this update will just introduce fixes to lighting, livery updates for both real & lore ( if I remember to do lore liveries ), and so on. I am so happy to finally have this done. I've been working on it for over 3 years, and have put close to around $400 into the pack to make it the best I can.
I want to think everyone who has worked with me on the pack, to improve it and make it better. I also want to think everyone who tested it, and helped report major issues so they could be fixed, and I also want to thank my good friend @Echooo who not only put his own money into this project, but spent a lot of his own time, helping with the lighting, getting as close to real life as possible, thank you man!

GNaRsTii reacted to Echooo for a file, Improved Pursuit AIThis mod improves the behavior AI backup in pursuits. Tired of seeing AI constantly and randomly go for pits on suspects? Tired of seeing AI drive out in front of a suspect for no reason and cause a major accident? Well I was, the default LSPDFR pursuit menu (keybind is N by default) seemed to be very inconsistent with its ability to stop backup units from utilizing tactics such as pits on AI, so I decided to fix that. With this mod installed, you now have complete control over when backup units go in for a pit on the suspect vehicle (by utilizing the pursuit menu and enabling/disabling tactics, which actually works properly now!). AI is also a bit more tame, when tactics are disabled, AI will just follow the suspect in a proper line. backup AI units will even slow down for you if you attempt to take primary, and they do not fight you for primary position in a pursuit. This mod does not change suspect AI, or any AI that is not labeled as police.
What this mod does:
AI units no longer drive out in front of suspects when joining pursuits to try and "block" the suspect (weirdly enough this was an intentional feature)
AI units are more tame and will follow the suspect in a line (especially when tactics are disabled)
AI units no longer crash into each other constantly during pursuits to fight for a position
AI units do their best to stay behind the suspect vehicle, they do not try and drive out in front of the suspect to block them
The default LSPDFR pursuit menu works properly now, if tactics are disabled, AI units do not try and pit the suspects, they will only move in for pits when tactics are enabled.
AI units slow down for you if you try and pass them to take primary, and if you want the AI to take primary you pull over and let them pass (you need to make a complete stop on your car or else it may look a bit buggy)
NOTE: Tactics in the pursuit menu are usually enabled by default when the pursuit starts, so make sure to disable it if you do not want AI to go for pits.
KNOWN ISSUES: Sometimes, even though you disable tactics in the pursuit menu, the AI will still try and pit the suspect, this can be fixed by simply cycling the tactics between enabled and disabled.
To get the best result from this mod, I recommend you install AI Traffic Fluidity and Discipline (link to the mod below). if you do not install it, you may not get the same results that I did. But it is not required, this mod will work just fine without it.

This is an update to my old NYPD pack. Included are 17 vehicles, five unmarked and 12 marked. Thanks to the expertise and generosity of Nwaps, I've been able to make this pack as accurate as possible with some exceptions. You'll generally find high accuracy in the lightbar choices and setups, liveries, interiors, and more. At the same time, this is still a Los Santos PD (i.e., lore-friendly) pack, so some creative liberties have been taken with accuracy when I was unable to implement something. I do request that you don't review based solely on accuracy, but instead leave a comment to make me aware of any significant inaccuracies.
This pack features functional highrisers on the 2018 and 2006 highway patrol Chargers (police21 and police22 respectively). To use them, open the trunk and hood in a trainer. The 2011 highway patrol CVPI (police12) does not have a functional highriser due to ELS limitations.

This download contains the files for a 2014 onwards CHP Harley Davidson.
I have used Thehurk's bike for years and loved using it, but thought an update was needed with the newer model of bike.
This is intended as a replacement for the vanilla police bike and can be swapped one for one with no additional steps needed.
That being said, the vanilla bike uses a slightly matte colour palette, which can be fixed with the included carvariations lines.
The bike is intended to be as accurate as possible to the CHP's Harleys that are still in use today, however there are some limitations which will be detailed in the Read Me file included in the download. The reflective livery, although simple, is also accurate to the CHP, with a lore-friendly version also included, both in 2k and 4k.
Extra 10 will toggle the radar units on the front and rear as this seems to be something that happens quite frequently with the CHP bike fleet.
This is the first vehicle I have released, if there are any issues or suggestions please feel free to leave them below and I will address them or incorporate them into any further work I do!
This is a solely ELS vehicle, if there is enough demand I would consider making a Non-ELS version as well.

This is a visualsettings.dat replacement file for GTA V and specifically for the visual
mod "VisualV".
This edited visualsettings.dat file was created purposefully for use with LSPDFR for GTA 5
for improved vehicle lighting and detail while still trying to produce on average of 60 to 75 fps.
Keeping in mind the 20 or so assorted addon plugins and scripts the game must run and function
to operate oppriately.
That being said this is a moderate visual increase and is intended to be used by the average eveyday joe
So if you like your lights to look authentic then try this out.
