Hey me and a friend are looking into getting two Macbook Pro's, but obviously the OS is not compatible to my knowledge, or is it? If it is how well could it run GTA 4 + LCPDFR + Multiplayer? Thank you guys, this is the best community!

I have forever played LCPDFR on an Acer computer. Recently, I purchased, this computer below: http://www.amazon.com/HP-Pavilion-g7-2240us-17-3-Inch-Processor/dp/B009AU2JN2/ref=psdc1_t1_B009AU2JIC_B009AU2JN2 My question, how well will GTA (+ LCPD:FR + A few mods) run on this computer?

Yes, they all do. I have yet to be able to respond to a call.

Even after I do that it still says 'Disregard'.

I have been driving around for a while now, I have gotten only 3 callouts. There is a catch though, of course, I am not able to actually respond to those calls. The dispatcher keeps saying 'Crime Scene Cleared.' Any resolutions to this?

Ahhhh, the life of a private investigator! Surveillance, missing persons, closed casses! The whole nine yards!
