These skins were developed by me for myself orginainly but i felt like uploading them so here we are. The cars in the screenshots are apart of the BCRP by a fellow named the general lee here on lspdfr, its created for lago zancudo which covers the areas, Zancudo River, northern chumash and is contracted to provide what is essentailly security services for Fort Zancudo.

These skins were made because I was bored, yes, they are based on New Mexico State Police despite being a sheriff's department which differs incredibly from a State Law enforcement agency. They should work with any of @c13 vehicles that they have published.

Prairie Village, Kansas, is a small suburb that covers just over 6 sq miles in the NE corner of Johnson County, and it is fairly isolated as there are no highways that run through it. In addition, they also are contracted to provide policing services to the town of Mission Hills, another affluent suburb. Prairie Village is bordered to the west by Overland Park, to the south by Leawood, to the east by Kansas City Missouri and to the north by Mission Hills and Fairway. Despite the mostly suburban nature of the city, they have 40 officers and their own dispatch center, including specialized units such as drones, SWAT, K-9, traffic, directed patrol and almost all their vehicles are newer than 2020.

My lights are dim-
You need to install a light enhancing mod
 
Make it replace instead of DLC-
No. These vehicles require special metas the average person won't know how to add. This is the easiest way.
 
Change something for my personal taste-
No. These vehicles are designed to be as realistic as possible and with my taste. If you don't like it, make something yourself.
 
Change it to Los Santos instead of the real life name-
No. I plan on splitting Los Santos into multiple different agencies, and have no intention of having 3 or 4 "Los Santos PDs" in my game.

XYZ is wrong-
I've done countless days of research on these vehicles, and unless you have direct access to these vehicles, I probably know better. If anything is wrong, it is due to a lack of information or GTA limitations, such as parts or ELS limitations.

Showing more love to Central FL. Osceola is another very popular county in FL and is right next to Orange County. As a resident of Osceola County I made sure to make these cars 1:1 of their IRL counterparts. This pack is a Hybrid pack so you need to have SSLA(32 Sirens mod) installed. Some cars in this pack have multiple liveries so make sure to check those out as well. There is also 7 chargers in this pack all which are used by Osceola. 
 
This pack uses 2 Veshare YTDs so if you change something like lighting colors it will change on all the cars.
The K9 2020 fpiu has hubcaps on by default but i have included an option for steelies if you hate hubcaps like me.  
If the tint on the chargers are to dark you can change the tint level through any trainer. 
These cars all have movable spotlights and working takedowns

Something new from me before further reworks. Better known as the "Taser! Taser! Taser! Oh shit! I shot him!" agency or also being the funniest/most savage police agency on Twitter. A town in Kansas that only has its University going for it, I've always felt this agency would fit in well in my GTA as a stand in for Paleto Bay. Personally, with how ugly duckling the lighting setup is with red/blue intermixed together and an insane amount of white, plus 2009 era Raydians on 2016 FPIUs, something about it is appealing to me.

Hey thank you for downloading my second vehicle pack! I hope you enjoy! I know there may be some hiccups and some errors with the 2008 Dodge Magnum, you will see some flaws with that vehicle, and that's just due to the base itself. I tried to fix it as much as I could, and I haven't seen anyone really make the vehicle
so I gave it a try, plus it goes with the Dodge ONLY Mopar theme I was going for. , bare with me im still learning so take it easy on me! Any issues please DM me. 
 
No skins were created. Vehicles will spawn in random colors and duo colors, change color of cars as you like. Templates have been added for your use.

Installation tutorial
1. Download OpenIV - https://openiv.com
2. Download ELS and all the modifications necessary for it to work - https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/13865-emergency-lighting-system/
3. Copy the ELS folder from my archive to the main folder of GTA 5.
4. Copy the faustbcso folder to the path GTA5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
5. Open the file dlclist.xml by path GTA5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
6. Add a line:
<Item>dlcpacks:/faustbcso/</Item>
7. Save and run GTA 5.

If your GTA crashes after installing this pack, it is likely that will help you to download Gameconfig (1.0.2189.0) for Limitless Vehicles. Just in case, make a backup of your gameconfig, which is located mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/

It is highly recommended that you use @GravelRoadCop's Whelen sirens with this modification. If you want to get ultra-realistic his Whelen Epsilon siren is by far the best representation of what Venice Police.

This is a pack created by myself and in collaboration with @Jedahdiah. This was created with input from him and myself, going for a little bit old style and different setup. Brown, yellow and white are the main colours this helps it stand out we feel. I thin this is all this pack needs to be explained. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins then save. The idea was that Harrison would creat the liveries, and I would build a set of vehicles based purely off how he says the liveries are supposed to look on the vehicles. And we did it, and here it is. STOP THE PED: Realistic Conversations Update - A complete dialogue overhaul of the Stop the Ped mod by Bejoijo
 
Included are over 1,200 unique lines of dialogue, with thousands of unique responses. This provides full conversational dialogue for more than 100 legal violations, along with dialogue for every action your character can make while interacting with suspects using Stop The Ped. All dialogue is modeled closely on real-life conversations between police officers and civilians. It’s organized into 29 user-friendly sub-categories, with consistent formatting and virtually no grammar or spelling errors.
 
To make suspects feel lifelike, NPC responses are grouped by emotion within the code. Normal questions are more likely to get calm answers, while more stressful dialogue is more likely to make them worried or annoyed. This keeps their reactions believable in any situation and gives every character in Los Santos personality, making each interaction immersive, dynamic, and unique.

Installation instructions:
    1) After you have already installed Stop The Ped, open the Realistic Conversations Update V2.0 folder included in this mod.
    2) Next, drag the “Plugins” folder into your Grand Theft Auto V main directory.
    3) If you choose, make backups of the XML files you'll be prompted to overwrite, then overwrite them.
 
Then just go on patrol and use Stop the Ped as normal. After using the "Question the Ped" option you'll see all of your new dialogue. What it does
EUPToUB is a simple plugin that prints your current worn EUP Outfit to a text file. From there you can directly copy the contents of the text file to your Ultimate Backup XML Files
 
How to use it
Load the plugin Equip your outfit in EUP Menu Open the F4 Console and type "PrintCurrentOutfit" To save your outfit to the ConvertedLines.txt Profit! You can now use the line(s) that were spat out in your UB XML for the ped configuration. Just make sure to change the Chance value.

This was an experimental vehicle that ended up being quite sought after when I posted pictures on the Gallery. I've cleaned it up and here it is ready for download. 
 
THIS VEHICLE WILL NOT RECEIVE MAJOR UPDATES. Only tweaks and bug fixes.
 
This pack contains:
2010-2013 BCFD Fire Watch Chevy Silverado   
Features: 
• Four liveries for the vehicle, including a bear patrol skin
• Full custom halogen light bar
• Optional 2k and 4k liveries
 
The carcols.ymt and the carvariations files are necessary for the light bar to work properly. Full details can be found the ReadMe.
CARCOLS IS FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH MY OTHER PACKS.

I've been working on this pack now for well over a month, with at least a week or so dedicated to testing to make sure this pack was fit for purpose. 
The pack contains 8 vehicles, ranging from patrol vehicles to SWAT trucks. They are based loosely off the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, but instead it features a different light pattern. The pack features a full halogen light bar, with additional lighting across the vehicle.

Known Bugs:
Cuffed individuals will partially stick through the back panels of the Express. If they sit regularly, this does not occur (uncuffed). Insides of the Expeditions tires have no textures (fixing as we speak... I hope)
