Well uh..I clicked F2 and then went to Video Editor, opened the clip and chose the cam angle I like, then I just took a screen of it with Fraps :) -

Yep, what JAM said. You can also lift objects with the Forklift, or animals/peds. Its fun to lift people and animals with that :P
