  1. OpenIV gta v is running, error

    Hi, I had this problem and found a solution. The solution to this problem is just to press control+shift+escape to open task manager, scroll down to background processes and find any instances of GTA running in the background. Once you find it, left click on it and press "End task" in the bottom right. Then close and reopen OpenIV and select the location, it should work now! Hope this helps!
