You can use these textures with the link provided below and I'll provide an extra link to a optional 2011 Cvp as well.     Thats not the case at all. I have been using this mod non stop since the prior update and have it set to initiate felony stop by holding X on a controller (Nextvehicleweapon) for whatever reason I cannot get my menu to show up after pressing my menu key.

    The new update causes my game to crash immediately. I had to go back to the older version. Same goes for Heli assistant I love these mods but the new versions made everything worse.

    These guys make it incredibily difficult you have to pay them join their patreon or whatever. wait for a discord link then wait for hours to get a link to download. I cant stand these guys and I will never pay them. You can find it elsewhere free.

    The issue I am having is, I already had traffic and fluidity downloaded before this mod and cars were going fast. Now they don't go over 50mph, but I will still be able to clock cars going 78mph when its clearly going the same pace as the other vehicles in heavy traffic.
