Okay, so it's been working except I want to change a ped in the 64a.rpf . I tried just copying the .rpf into the mods folder and editing it via openiv, but that didn't work :/ Edit - Nevermind I figured it out :P

So I guess I made a mistake by not buying GTA V from steam, as far as modding is concerned at least. I want to change the siren and textures on police cars. I've tried to use the readme's provided with the texture and siren files but they didn't work. I've tried youtube tutorials and those didn't work either. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

Me On The Radio While On My Ridealong I decided to look for a couple of incidents where I used the radio and after an hour of searching I finally found them. I mainly looked them up to see how I sounded and to determine if there was anything I could improve on. After listening to it I decided to share it with you guys. The 1st incident is a traffic stop. So I let dispatch know what we are doing and who we are by saying 4K(ing)25, Traffic. The next incident was a missing juvenile who wasn't at home when his PCA arrived. After getting to the RP's (reporting party) home we determined that the juvenile likes to play in the woods near a school. As you guys can hear I advise dispatch that we will be checking those woods. Luckily we found the juvenile without any injuries, who had gone into the woods to play, as he normally does.

Hey I just wanted to listen to a few mins of audio and there's no way I am going to pay $15 to do so. The incident involved a friend of mine who was on a ridealong. They got into a fight with a drunk guy. The officer got knocked over onto her back with the male on top of her. The reserve stepped in and called on the radio for backup, potentially saving the officer's life. Luckily there was some passerbyes that stepped in to help. If anyone could link me the audio I would greatly appreciate it! If you are willing to do so comment below and I'll PM you the details on which scanner and which time.
