    Turns out it was an issue with my CORSAIR Gaming Headset - when I switched to speakers everything fixed itself. I then had to go on the Corsair GUI and switch audio from Stereo to 7.1 Surround Sound and everything works fine now.

    I keep getting CTD when receiving/responding to callouts, due to the SlimDX.dll according to the RPH log. I deleted everything and reinstalled a clean copy of GTA V.... Installed some more mods like LSPDFR nothing major, and the same thing has just happened again. Originally everything was working fine, then when I loaded into the game one day, my LSPDFR kept crashing due to this reason. I hear a few beeps then my game closes and I get an RPH notification. Can someone please help, I've tried searching similar topics/forums but nobody has a solution. RPH Crash Log.txt
