i found a mod about this topic. and the maker of the mod promised me that he will improve this mod even more. I believe this mod will be a must have mod in future. also i didn't know about this mod when i started this topic. i can't believe i haven't see this mod before.

I replaced all kiflom voices with GENERIC_HI_01.wav (same voice actor) I also replaced most absurd and unrealistic voices lines with better ones. Just listen all voices. I even cut out some nonsense parts of some voice files with audacity. maybe you can increase the number of voiceline with AI.

can someone make auto talk/speech script? i mean that characters will automatically speak(maybe it can be done for all peds + AI cops) when characters are in some situations like reloading, taking fire(help voiceslines maybe), see gun etc. here are some voice files I found in the character voices files.(awc files) I recommend listening to the voicelines. (S_FULL_SER.rpf) (The names of white peds audio files are made up of codes.) how can we use this mod in lspdfr? Player Voice - GTA5-Mods.com NPC Voice - GTA5-Mods.com Does anybody know? we are using multiplayer ped so how can we set for our character? But maybe we can add talks to npc cops.

also we need talk features like in gta 4 lcpdfr. when i request backup in lspdfr backup menu i want to hear "REQUEST_BACKUP_01" (0x1f7c1ac9 for white peds) voice from my character. (REQUEST_NOOSE_01 (0x0b071da0) voice when noose) this is a huge deficiency. here all voices and their codes for white peds

i reinstall the plugin. it worked. in my first installation, i changed G key to the H. but now i didnt changed anything. i guess thats why my game was crashing at start. i dont know why.

yes, i guess your rage plugin hook + script hook + other things are old version(i mean same time versions with this mod)
