    Hello, if you have "L.A. Roads" installed, this may be another cause to texture loss. I just deleted the entire mod and it was completely fixed.

    Another thing you could try is going into the GTAV settings, in-game and go to the graphics settings.  Turn off Vsync.  I think I also read that the most recent DirectX is 11.  You might down scale that to 10.  That is also there in the settings.  Sometimes that helps.
