Shouldn't this be in the Resources & Assets instead of character which is usually ready EUP -
Not that I know of but it should show how in the description or readme file -
Go to GTA5Mods.com and there is a file called Addon Creator. It creates a DLC pack that you just need to name. Then place all the vehicle files such as metas in it. You can also use the file on this site named Non ELS to ELS. All you do is rename the XML file to your vehicle’s name and place it into the ELS folder. They want to have it turned into a addon as well

I used the PSD template and made the vest the color I wanted, but the vest accessories like the radio holder and mag holder stayed black. They do not match the color I gave the vest, and I was wondering if there is a way to change their color too, either using a different PSD or another method -

So, I used the add-on creator and placed everything where it’s supposed to go. It works with other vehicles, but when I try to spawn this specific vehicle or any of your unmarked civilian vehicles, the game just crashes when I try to spawn them -
So in game it says it's outdated and I download the file again and I put it into my game and it still says it's outdated- 237 comments

It's not the headlight it's the Brake lights -
On the 18/19 Tahoe the headlights are on the rear

I love the quality of these. Can you please make a K9 version for the Tahoe? -
Pretty nice Tahoe's, but I do have a bit of feedback: 1. The interior is greenish around the dash. 2. Both spotlights are a bit too high and go through the door trim. 3. The license plates are blank. -
It says NON-ELS on the file + there is no ELS File for it inside -
