    Only plugin I have installed at the moment. I changed my keybinding to F3, but regardless of keybinding if I load into the game ON DUTY it works just fine, however if I go OFF DUTY then back ON DUTY again or spawn in OFF DUTY then go ON DUTY, every time I press F3 (F5) next to a vehicle the menu blips on to the screen and then back off not letting me use it.
