32gb of Ram Did load with mods folder disabled just now, but game had a slight stutter to it as you rotated camera. It crashed with mods folder enabled. Resource adjuster was installed, but I installed the link you added to just to confirm newest one. No change. No new mods installed since worked perfectly last.

Randomly started getting the "Out of memory error" Rage crashes on startup. Disabled mods folder, still crashes. Reinstalled Heap Adjuster, Packfile. Updated Game config to 1.0.30 match current version of GTA. I'm lost..... part of the "fun" of this is figuring out the problem, but I'm several days into this and haven't had any luck. I had NVE single player beta installed, and deleted it with no change. I hope I uploaded the right log for the experts, if one of ya'll can help me I'll give you 10,000 internet points or buy you a cup of coffee! RagePluginHook.log

I"ve followed the different techniques such as deleting update.rpf, not using mods folder, verifying game integrity and deleting and reinstalling social club. Any ideas to fix this? I installed the updated stow my weapon, and Tags callouts have since deleted all files of both trying to fix this. I'll burn the game down and start over if I have too, just hoping for an alternative solution first. If not, is there away to move all my cars and plugins to backup copy?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, Will mods like ELS and EUP need updated before they can be used with this title update? Anyone want to link into my computer and install some mods? I'll pay! lol I spent most of the week of Thanksgiving trying to get ELS, EUP and a Slicktop Crown vic pack to work, and once I did the NPC cars wouldn't move.

Uninstalled LSPDFR, deleted all other folders included and previous mods. Re-installed LSPDFR and now its working. Still working on mods, but this post can be deleted.

Hey All, Game will open but when I move at all It crashes. I did a fresh install of the game and LSPDFR as well. I have a DLC car pack installed, EUP uniforms and menu, and simple trainer. I also updated Game config and Heap. Rage Hook had quit loading as well, but I changed virus protection settings and granted admin permissions and it seems to run normally now. (thanks to the forums for finding that answer) I changed mod folder to "_Mod" and still crashed. Loading game off steam. All these mods worked fine, EUP mods weren't loading correctly and I tried to reinstall it is what caused this whole ordeal. I'm 3 days into trying to get this to work. I've watched youtube videos and countless forum posts and I just can't figure it out. I appreciate any suggestions!
