At one point I had that same thing. You can just turn off load lspdfr plugin on startup to prevent that and it solves that crash problem.

I'm not really the best for this but you can try increasing the plugin timeout threshold in the rph config. You can do that by launching rph exe and holding shift (incase you didn't know). Hope that helps a bit sorry if it doesn't.

Whenever I open Rage plugin hook my cursor gets stuck all the way at the left side of my screen and I can't move it at all. I have the following plugins, Computer+, Better EMS, LSPDFR+, OP Immersive Dispatch, Stop The Ped, Ultimate Backup, and Vocal Dispatch. The screenshot shows where my cursor gets stuck at I cant move it any further to the left and this is only when I load the LSPDFR plugin, NOT force duty or go on duty. Is there a fix for this issue?
