The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Echo 911 I Dispatch Rework

Echo 911 is a work-in-progress mod aimed at updating the GTA V dispatch audio with a more realistic voice. The project was initiated due to the discontinuation of the Dispatch Revamp mod, which was previously the only mod providing significant changes to the dispatcher voice.

As a high school student newly interested in audio modding, my focus is on making subtle improvements to the dispatch experience. Although this mod does not incorporate advanced sound engineering techniques, it represents an effort to enhance realism within my current capabilities.

This mod is still in development, and feedback is welcome as I continue to refine it. In the early steps it'll only fulfill the vanilla LSPDfr (I plan to add Modded Callouts support later), as you can see on the files i've already concluded down below:
