  1. You don't have to worry if the card has a VGA port on it. I have a R9 270x (which have 1 x DL-DVI-I 1 x SL-DVI-D 1 x HDMI 2 x DisplayPort ) and I use all VGA adapters for Three Monitors! (Eyefinity) Most Graphics cards I have bought always came with a DVI to VGA adapter. Just make sure before you buy you see if it comes with one. If I had to choose, I would recommend a R9 290x or a GTX 960.

  12. I wouldn't say that I'm his biggest fan, but I remember he also worked on some Miami Vice and Hill Street Blues episodes. Both were very good tv shows back in the 80's. Law and Order is a very good show also. some of my family members were addicted to it. when a Law and order marathon was on and the theme song was playing, they all rushed in the room like they were being chased by the police.

  14. Not only that, People take the "End of Civilization" idea and make it into movies and games to make lots of money. I don't think they are worried about it. Just look at how many there are. Fallout, Fallen Earth, H1Z1, Day Z, Red Dawn, the list goes on and on. After a while of this exposure, people eventually get desensitized about the end of the world theory. That's why we now have people preparing for dooms day (yep its a TV show. Got to make money on peoples fear) and are currently living in bunkers because they think its normal.

  17. ALT+B allows me to make a road block. After I set up one, I don't see any Road Block options (like wave to tell drivers to pass the road block) in the QAM like version 1.0c had. Am I doing something wrong?
  18. I knew that it was there. Ever since 1.0c I think. Anyway, How do you tell the cars to pass through? I dont see an option for it on 1.0d (Hot fix 1).
  19. I have 'Traffic-flow' and it works on 1.0d. Also, you wont see the same cars over and over again.
  20. The only problem I see on my end (only in MP) is that the civ drivers dont pull over and civs dont respond when I try to arrest them. It's like they ignore me. It only works single player. I dont remember if this was a problem in 1.0c or not. Other than that, I played this for like 4-5 hours with no crashes. Thanks!

  22. Yes, But the tazer is realy buggy and rarely used, especially in an "on foot" chase. You literally have to stop chasing the suspects ant hit "ALT+T" to spawn it. Once you spawn it, you louse your actuall weapon. Sometimes I even have a nail gun sticking out the sides of my rib. It is cool and all, but it's more effective if you can just jump on them to make them stop running. I even remember seeing a video where players just use the tazer on peds because its "Funny to see them squirm on the ground like a worm". As for an animation, we now have the tools to make our own animations here: http://gtaforums.com/topic/566136-how-to-make-custom-animationsrage-engine/. The work around could be making the player launch from the ground as a ragdoll (like when niko flys from his cars windshield) grab on to the suspect who is running which would make both the player and suspect fall to the ground (Like a ped who holds on to a door handel of a car while it is in motion) and mabye add the "arrest" script when they get up. Would this be hard to do?
  23. I would like to see a Tackle Option in the new version. I know L.A. Noire (which is a R* game btw) has an option when you get close to a fleeing ped, you can run a little bit faster and the player can jump on the ped and bring him down to the ground. The Key bind could be "W(Hold)+E" or "W(Hold)+T". You Guys could also add either have an animation to do this or (If posable) make the player fly (Like if the player were flying out the frount windshield when a player hits an object at high speed in a vehical) and knock over the ped and mabye aoutmatically "cuff em while their down". I think this would be a great adition to add to the mod. heres a video example:
