    I'm pretty sure that this is a Graphics bug, have you restarted the game? This happend to me as well. It fixed itself when I changed the time. So, I checked. Yes, it is fixed when I changed the time with a Trainer. At afternoon, it is very bright. I would recomment to play at night, so it isn't bright.

    Hello, I got a little problem that makes LSPDFR unplayable. I'm stuck on this squence and I can't skip it: Can anyone help me with this? Note: I changed my Graphics settings to ultra as my game lagged as hell. I then restarted my game. In the actual GTA 5, everything is loaded. But for some reason, it isn't loaded in the LSPDFR Mod.
