Hello, I got a little problem that makes LSPDFR unplayable. I'm stuck on this squence and I can't skip it:

Can anyone help me with this?

 

Note: I changed my Graphics settings to ultra as my game lagged as hell. I then restarted my game. In the actual GTA 5, everything is loaded. But for some reason, it isn't loaded in the LSPDFR Mod.
