    If you look up "Fire Chief Tahoe Livery" or something along the lines, I am sure you could either take a livery off a vehicle, or find a livery pack that has a compatible livery. If they do specify, look for one made for 'Georgie Moons Tahoe'.

    Well in that case, it is most likely a vehicle meta issue, try to check if it's sharing names with any other pack.
