Is there a way to make unmarked ai cop cars spawn with colors other than black?

How do I make ai sheriffs use BCSO uniforms instead of LSSD?

How do I lower the textures, do I just half resolution and keep mipmaps the same?

I am having texture loss problems, and I am wondering how to properly lower texture sizes. Is 4K essential for cars? Is 2K good enough?

I want some of my cars, like fbi, fbi2, police4, to always be unmarked, but the cars im using have 2 liveries, marked and unmarked so they will sometimes spawn with markings and sometimes without. Is there a way to make them always spawn unmarked? Can I replace the marked texture with the unmarked texture?

I disabled mods and dinput8 and verified the game and now it starts. What does that mean? A mod is causing the crash?

I don't have LML, and I am on Steam.

No change.

I tried, it crashes almost instantly after launching.

It still crashes.

My game keeps crashing a few seconds after starting and I can't decipher the crash report.
