Ok guys, I'm having a REALLY odd issue that happens every single day and it's getting SUPER annoying. The game crashes on me, literally, every day. The crash is not what is annoying, it's what happens AFTER the crash that is annoying. When I try to restart GTA with my rockstar or steam, it tells me, An instance of GTA 5 is already running. HOWEVER, there is no process in Task manager for GTA V or Rockstar. Closing and rebooting steam doesn't fix it. This is what is odd to me tho. When I open my resource manager, GTA5.exe is in there, but it's suspended, and I can't close or end it. I click it, tell it to end process, and it does nothing. Just sits there. When I open process explorer and try to do anything with it, it just tells me that my access is denied.. So in order for me to get rid of it, I HAVE to reboot my PC. What can I do to get this to go away so I don't have to reboot every single day?

I have installed this addon and it's not crashing at all, but it's also not showing up. Either in car or on foot, I can't get this tool to show up.

Ok, let me start off first by saying, I am new to modding GTAV, but not modding in general. I'm pretty familiar with how things work in that sense. Now, to get back on track. I have watched countless videos on this topic, however the issue I have I can't find an answer for. So here's what I've got. I installed LSPDFR and played a bit, and I was almost immediately hooked. So I started grabbing some plugins, got it working well! Then I wanted some bling. Added ELS, and everything works great there! Then came the big issue. I downloaded the LCSO Liberty pack, the LSPD Legacy Pack and a few K9 variants. First issue came here. On a few of my packs, I found that I was to add stuff to the props folder. There is no props folder in the patch day folder I was told to install to by the videos (patchday 22 to be exact). So am I not to be installing there? Guess I'm not sure really where to install then to get some of my other vehicles working. Second issue I have. After not installing my packs that require the props folder, I went through and installed the packs as directed. Got into the game, and now every police car looks the same (all LSSD units). Ok, I can live with that, but the issue I have is that when doing a vehicle selection in the garage, there are vehicles that are just not there, or they load the same vehicle multiple times. I'm very active here so responses from me will be quick. Is there anyone that can help me? I'm finding a new love for GTAV now and would love to see this going and running smoothly! Thanks in advance!
