Try renaming the mods folder to mods_ or anything different than "mods" so the game launches without it, then if it works correctly it is because i think after every update you have to wait for an update of mods that change how the game works like xmls, gameconfigs, etc. I literally just solved the same problem on my pc.

Auto bien hecho, bonito y realista, lo unico que le encontre de malo es que las manos no encajan con el volante pero es un detalle totalmente menor y puede ser no culpa de el, si no de hecho del autor del modelo del auto, fuera de todo muy bien hecho y sigue asi!
