Sooo I didnt like the ones other people made, i got confident and made this myself.

After seeing these vehicles in person I wanted to build it for LSPDFR, it isn't 100% accurate but I work with what I have. This pack comes with 2 suburbans one with the side steps and one without. Enjoy the models!
This vehicle is optimized for ELS.
Installation Instructions:
1. Open the lapd_sub.rar and click on the folder.
2. Go into OpenIV and on the top right of the screen press "Edit Mode"
3. From there, navigate to dlc packs using this pathway: mods> update> x64> dlcpacks
4. Drag and drop "lapd_sub"
After that go you'll have to go into dlclist:
1. mods> update> update.rpf> common> data>
2. Open "dlclist.xml"
3. Add a new line "<Item>dlcpacks:/lapd_sub/</Item>"
4. Press save then close it.
ELS:
1. Go to  GTAV directory or OpenIV directory and find your ELS folder.
2. Click into "pack_default" and drop the lapdsub and lapdsub2 file in there.

About
Automatic Siren Cutout is a plugin created primarily for ELS users.  This script will automatically turn off your sirens while keeping your emergency lights on when you get out of emergency vehicles.  Be advised, this will not work if you use your mouse to exit your vehicle or toggle your lights.  Keyboard or controller only.
 
Included Features
Friendly Honk:  A fun little feature that makes other emergency vehicles honk their horn or blip their siren at you if you honk or blip your siren at them. Traffic Light Control:  Turn traffic lights green as you approach intersections with stage 3 lighting enabled.  This does not affect AI traffic. Traffic Yielding  AI will drive around your vehicle when you are stopped with stage 3 lighting on.

Maricopa County SO Ped Pack

Details:
 This pack is based on the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office in Arizona. The pack contains two peds; one male deputy and one female deputy. All uniforms have been made as accurate as possible and are based on different variations of the MCSO uniform. 
*Additionally, I'm currently aware the campaign hat for both male and female deputies is inaccurate. Once I find the proper badge for the hats I will update the file.*

Simply open the .ytd file -> Click on skin textures and change Mipmap levels -> Depending on installation it should be high or low, try changing

This is my latest creation. This ped is fictional so please don't tell me what is and isn't correct for a trooper. This ped is an idea from loads of pics and vids studied. This ped has default skin on it so you can use your own. I hope you enjoy this ped as much as i did making it. if you run across any bugs which you shouldn't then just GET OVER IT....lol..... jk pm directly and i will look into it. Most people don"t know  but this peds comes with a tactical vest also.

Missing Torso - For the undercover ped, when spawning bodyguards using the model the torso may be invisible. This is an issue due to the way it has been modeled, not by my reskinning. So, please don't complain to me.
