ahhh I understand now, still, if anyone doeeees manage to make a mod that does this, I'll be all over that in a heart beat! (And it would sure make the drivers shooting you in traffic stops a lot harder ;) )

I get that no matter what, the ped model's gun will never disappear from the holster, but can we fix the drawing from the left hip? there is already an animation in the game for drawing from the right hip, I'm just really curious why this has not been done? double posted. can an admin delete one of these?

tried that previously, didn't work, the problem for Dxtory seems to be that it attempts to hook before ENB does, thats a no-no lol but this fix works for me ^_^

Hello! I'm sure many of my fellow Youtuber's have run into the issue where your Dxtory crashes GTA before the menu, well, I have found a fix :D Its rather simple, open Dxtory, click the third to last tab and where it says "Delay Hook" check the box and change "5" to "30" (seconds) this tells Dxtory to wait 30 seconds before hooking onto GTA IV. Load the game as normal, when on menu, wait for the frame counter from Dxtory to appear, then start the game as usual! Hope this has helped many people with Dxtory while using ENB/ICEnhancer!

Hello, first off I wanna say that my channel is located at www.youtube.com/thecentrixgaming just so you can see what results my process results in: 1) To begin uploading over 15 minutes, simply have them verify you, this can be done by going somewhere in your YouTube Settings and tell them to send you a text with a number code, you simply enter that code in the field provided and boom, unlimited upload times! 2) If you go to my channel you can compare Bandicam, which I used for all videos previous to the newest ("GET IN THE CAR!!") LCPD:FR video, to the "GET IN THE CAR!!" episode, in which I recorded with the much more comprehensive, and less FPS hitting Dxtory. you can learn how to use Dxtory efficiently by viewing this video by JackFrags (http://bit.ly/IIMXi4) as you can see, the ELS lights are especially faster with gameplay and file FPS both at a solid 30 frames (which as you'll learn in the video is what YouTube currently limits videos to) 3) I personally like to record semi serious patrols unless playing online, so, serious for single player, silly online gameplay, keep in mind with some skill in editing you can always pick and choose the moments you want in the finished video. 4) I usually try to make videos last no longer than 30-40 minutes. 5)I use a clan pack personally, but its up to personal preference as stated by other users, I do use Game4Video ENB and ELS v7 with an HD road texture from Fonia5 Hope my answers have helped you out and if they have, please feel free to click that green arrow =D

Get ICEnhancer 2.1 go to Visualsettings.dat and change the Other Emissive lights so that the defaultlight = 800 and the extralight is set to 12

At that point you need Zmodeler and a loooot of patience
