Okay I am having a terribly frustrating time with OpenIV and adding mods. I have all the programs installed, OpenIV, a bonafide copy of GTAV from steam, Lspdfr. ASI manager and all that. All I want to do is add vehicles, like the winky. What information do I need to provide to get help and why cant this process of adding things be easier. I have no problems with plugins, you just plug them in. But it seems with other mods, you have to go through a long annoying convoluted process. Pardon my terseness, I zero experience in this endeavor.
