  12. I installed LSPDFR today and added some callouts and other plugins, but to my surprise, (hostile) NPCs don't ever shoot me. They'll aim their gun straight towards me, but never actually pull the trigger. I have discovered, however, that when the NPCs are downed (as in lying on the ground, but not dead) or in cover they will start shooting me. At first I thought it had to do with one of my plugins, so I removed them all and only kept LSPDFR itself, and when that didn't work I reinstalled LSPDFR entirely but the issue still persists. Anyone else getting this bug?
