    Yes i have seen people on YouTube using their voice to tell people to do that stuff, i can't figure out how they are doing it

    I have a question, how does a person tell the peds what to do? I seen guys tell peds to lay on the ground and put their hands behind their back an other stuff, how do i tell them what to do? The prompts to push E to talk doesn't show, i installed Arrest Manager correctly, i have all the other mods installed correctly, is there a certain mod i have to install or change something in the .ini?
