its something within mods... what could cause the crash in just those two specific spots on the map?

Hello. have been having some crashing at certain spots of the map, by weasel news and by the garage in Paleto Bay. I can play anywhere else in the map no problem. Once I'm anywhere near those two spots, instant crash. Anyone else having this issue? RagePluginHook.log

RagePluginHook.logHello. ever since the last update I have been having serious issues with texture loss, like roads and buildings completely disappearing. I have also noticed some DLC cars will not spawn anymore Some will some wont, even within the same DLC file. I have not added any new cars or mods recently. I can not figure it out. Can anyone help with this?
