Do you have any mods that modify the textures installed? Crash appears to happen while textures r being loaded. Furthermore, ensure that your antivirus is not blocking RPH and that your RPH isn't blocking any DLLs. Honestly, i've never seen a RPH log as barren as yours so it's surprising to me. Also yes, feel free to attach the RCR.

Oh, there is no OIV package for ELS. I forgot since I installed it a few months ago and thought there was one. Woops lol. I do recommend you get a custom gameconfig, sometimes it helps. https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars (i recommend the 2x vehs 2x peds version)

Sounds like your ELS is corrupted, don't think it's meant to do that unless i'm wrong. But hey, if it works, it works? Try the number key for siren tones though.

Go to your GTA5 main folder and the RPH log is the file called RagePluginHook.LOG

Does LSPDFR work at all? It would appear you haven't selected "load all plugins on startup" within the RAGE settings. If that isn't the case and you have, let me know and we'll start the normal troubleshoot.

If you got an ELS car, click J for primary lights and 1 2 3 for the sirens. Some cars have extra functions under K and Alt + [ Also, make sure all the ELS VCF's are in pack_default in the ELS directory.

Go to the RAGE Console (F4) and type "StartCallout (any callout)" just to make sure your callouts are working. Furthermore, you may need to press M, go to "Police Radio" and make sure "Avaliable for Calls" is set to Yes.

Yeah looks like it, LSPDFR is very hard-programmed with ambient events and callouts to appear at precise points. Not surprised the LC map crashed it. Glad you could find the issues though 👍

Hey DQD, sorry for the late response, was busy I honestly have no other ideas lol, normally the log says if something went horribly wrong but right now it just... doesn't. All the fixes I suggested normally work, no idea 😞

So, install LSPDFR again and install the manual version. Take the "DATA" folder within "LSPDFR" from it, and replace the one in your GTA5/LSPDFR directory with it.

Install the manual LSPDFR installation and copy the LSPDFR -> DATA -> CUSTOM folder, then replace it within your current GTA5-installed LSPDFR. In fact, go ahead and replace the whole LSPDFR -> DATA folder.

Have you ever installed any mods like EUP that affect default presets for uniform / gear?

Open the app RagePluginHook instead of just GTA5.

This is interesting. The issue appears to be with LSPDFR being unable to decrypt it's own files. Never seen anything like this before, give me a second while i look for potential options. Meanwhile, I recommend you install the manual LSPFR installation and replace your LSPDFR folder. Back up your character file if you want to.

I recommend you open up RAGEPluginHook, press the little cog next to the red X within the rage UI, then go to general and set the Plugin threshold to 60000 Furthermore, I recommend you install a custom gameconfig file that helps stop plugin crashes and allows you to have add-on vehicles in the future (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars) (personally i recommend you get the 2x peds 2x vehicles version, it helps create a nicer feel of LS)
