The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

A lot of different options you can do here on this website, but it really depends on your preference. But here are some really nice packs that I've used quite a bit:

 

 

 

 

(especially this 2018 charger it looks fantastic in game)

 

 

 

 

Really depends on what you would like in your game, but here are some really good quality packs that don't impact performance, (for me). But if you would like me to send more packs over then I can do that for you if you want.
