    FIXED! Just had to reinstall my custom sirens and that seemed to do it. Not sure of the cause however.

    Does anybody know how to fix this issue I just started having with ELS? The horn is persistent; I am not pressing E in the car, and the sirens will not work, but I can interrupt the horn by pressing the manual siren key.
