So I've been having this issue for a while where all of my ELS vehicles lights are frozen, meaning only some of the individual lights on the lights bar are stuck on, and other ones are off. ive reinstalled gta5, ive reinstalled ELS, and i have all of the SHVDN and SHV up to date aswell. Can someone help me out? My Logs are below. ScriptHookV.log ELS.log

So I've been playing LSPDFR for a while now and never came across this issue, if i had it would have simply been because i forgot to drag the xml file over, but now the lights are frozen, as if they have no ELS files, when i properly installed all ELS files, along with all extra mods needed to run it, like Script Hook V, and all the other mods required.. Does the date of the AdvancedHookV file matter? I tried to use both the 2016 and 2024 versions separately, but nothing worked. No videos or anything online helps with the frozen lights specifically, so hopefully someone can help out.

how do i get this pack? -
i have a issue. i installed a texture pack for eup l and order, then eup menu said a dlc was missing, so i reinstalled law and order, basic configurations, eup menu, search and rescue, and it still says a dlc is missing, i even checked my dlc list and it said eup, and sup, i dont know why its saying a dlc is missing what does it mean?- 630 comments

so when i go into open iv and follow the path mods, update, update.rpf, x64, i dont see the eup folder only models and textures and such. what should i do wait nvm where do i find the radio in skin control like what number in which part? (accessories, undercoat, masks, etc.)- 124 comments
