    Yes once the takedown meter fills the person just stands there spazing out and won't do anything.

    Thank you that worked, but now whenever I try to arrest someone they glitch and spaz out like this, also when my partner tries to arrest someone the guy just stands there. https://imgur.com/a/gvMLea8
