The RCMP in British Columbia have beacons behind the lightbar (the unit's that patrol the airport) haven't seen any of those yet, MSP is the only one that's been made that has the beacon on top AS the main lighting system.

If your using a keyboard to drive then i would invest in either an Xbox 360 Controller, or a Logitech Gaming Controller.

Pretty good, but the bottom stripe colour isn't right and the font is wrong, that's an O.P.P Crown on the license plate and the stripes are to far apart and the yellow stripe isn't supposed to be yellow :P for the colours i would open another RCMP texture and use colour picker on it, that way, you're getting proper colour schemes.

I never did understand why people make skins for the same model twice, 1 with a lightbar and 1 without, really makes 0 sense cause it's the same texture made twice ..

Those are "chip" type modules that allows for internet use in the car, or it's for the lighting, glad someone else noticed it, seeing as it's on every American/Canadian CVPI and they stick out like a sore thumb on undercover's of any kind.

Alienware is overpriced shit, get a custom built one, and seeing as your budget is really high, you can get really good part's and probably spend $1700.00 or so, call your local computer store.
