That's actually partially true, they have Police in Quebec (from what i've heard) that hand out big fines if english is not the secondary language on sign's, ALOT of places are like that in Ontario cause it's so close to Montreal and such, Moncton, NB is the same, from what i heard, Harper is trying to make Quebec it's own independant settlement. @ Moonshine- Fredricton was pretty nice, i don't really like New Brunswick though lol had alot of issues with people there, i have a friend that lives in Oromocto.
