i know that there is the Police clan or whatever for 360 that does an LCPD tribute to 9/11, but i was thinking the other day what if the LCPDFR site were too do something like that, instead of just using NYPD or LCPD car's, what if there was a possibility too have 1 vehicle per player, 1 vehicle from each state or province ranging from canada to the united states all driving around ground zero and liberty city with lights flashing, sirens etc? that does sound like alot of work too get it going but it would be a very nice gesture too the families who lost there loved ones in the attacks, i showed my mom a GTAIV 9/11 tribute and she cried, made me think of the idea.

it's only 1 person too be found in an ENTIRE city or Subway, i'm surprised someone hasn't gotten cheeky and made a ratman ped mod LOL

I was wondering if anybody would know of any good programs that i could get too make better Police car skin's, right now i use Paint.NET and thats only good for simple textures.

What about a chevy caprice with working strobes in tail light and headlights and a whelen edge 9000? i think it was, aparna has it on one of the cars she just made

Hey there, within the next week or so i'm going too start another skin pack, there won't be as many as the HRP skin's but i'm gonna call them Regional Police, each city is gonna have there own vehicle's probably only 2 per city, i'm also going too make a Liberty City Regional Police skin's kinda like the RCMP where they patrol where and between all cities the skin's will include: 1 CVPI Broker Regional Police 100% 1 CVPI Algonquin Regional Police 100% 1 CVPI Alderney Regional Police 100% 1 CVPI Bohan Regional Police 100% 1 Liberty City Regional Police 100% just an FYI they will be best utilized with Sam's Area Livery Mod also i decided too stick with the CVPI skins
