I agree with Dhruv! you can only do so much with texturing, even finding new way's too get creative tend's too get.... a little hard on the head lol i think it's gotten too the point people just redo the same textures someone else already did too up them, hell i've noticed some car skin remakes with just an extra line or 2 lol

I don't want too damage your computer or anything, i don't know how old it is, i'm sure somebody someday will make one, i've seen lot's in different forum's that people want it, BUT if it were too be made i'm almost 100% sure it will never be as good or in depth of a police officer's duties they have for first response.

Dammit.... lol

Too everyone that asked me if it was possible, kjel0112 provided me with some links yesterday, big thank's too him, these are the textures i made for 1 of the Police station's in Algonquin, they will get better as i go, these are just just, so i have an idea of how it's done and where they go, i have pretty much completed my Halifax Regional Police fleet and i now know how too make textures for the police station's, the uniform in the pic is the Halifax Regional Police uniform i made yesterday, this is what i have so far:

Manhat12 go down too "lod_04_mh12.wtd" your Police booths are there, i'm almost positive, there are seperate texture files for the booth on each island

Hey there, was wondering if anyone could help me out and maybe explain how i can make a simple script mod like towing, i saw that only 1 person made the script in the past but completely dropped it, so i wanna make my own, but have no idea where too start on making a script mod, if ya help me i'll give you a +1 :) Side Note: this in no-way is related too LCPD:FR, but am hoping too at least be able too use it with LCPD:FR

Someone was working on a fire mod on GPM, it only had 1 mission tho, i don't know if they're still working on it as for your other question, theres a mod that you can completely erase the loading screen and go right too the game, can't remember what site it is either LOL i'm almost positive it was GTA-4-MODS, hope this help's :)

Ihave a mod somewheres on here that allows peds too shoot on site if you cause any ruckess but i cannot remember where it is! lol

i think screwing around with pack's is BAAAAAAADDDDDDD new's, in my opinion anyway, i only have modded police car's all ELS enabled. i don't go any farther then that, other then car textures and uniform textures.

Just import it back with SparkIV like you would with a vehicle texture, click rebuild and save and it's ready too go, i haven't figured out what files ALL the police station's are yet but keep checking this topic, i'll keep up the updates as i go :), Side Note: just export the original textures, edit those, that's what i did, i just put my profile picture over the LCPD logo on the doors, used color picker and painted the door's as if nothing was there and put writing on it.

it turns out that it's actually very easy too do, i have 1 Halifax Regional Police station, i was looking for the wrong one, i think you can pretty much wright anything on the building textures and put them back in the game LOL the rest of the police station's and Port Authority Booths are going too be all changed before supper tomorrow night :D, go into common/data/maps/ manhat04 look for police underneath it should say "police wires" choose the one ABOVE "police wires" export the building texture (thats the one by the burgershot just before the bridge too alderney) open in with the program of your choosing, and treat it like you would any vehicle texture, hope it help's :)

you need the Asi loader the scripthooks and the C++, withouth the patch you cannot add mods

@kjel0112 i tried edting the textures first, but i'm going too try it out now, i can honestly say that the textures he made were made with some program i don't have, i made my police station textures and replaced them but they don't show up in-game :(

I just edited some police stuff for manhat04 hopefully it's the right stuff lol i'll let ya know in a minute

After about 3 month's or 4 month's of trying too figure out how too make a uniform texture, Custo was a great help for telling me how too do it, i am FINALLY going too be making a Halifax Regional Police Uniform, i already have 2 done, i would eventually like too turn EVERYTHING in Liberty City too Halifax Regional Police and RCMP jurisdiction, NO MORE LCPD, but in order for me too completely be able too do that, i need too change the billboard's for the Port Authority and the Logo's on the police station's can anyone tell me where i can find the file's for the Police Booth's and Police station "LCPD" Name????????? + 1 too anyone that help's me out :)

Just Download Paint.NET you can make simple textures with it, you need a template of the EXACT car your downloading, it's very easy, theres tutorials all over youtube on how too use it, that's how i learned ;) hope this helps, i would make you one but i don't use those car's

You are THE man +1 :) i figured it out, i just edited the long sleeve one with a Halifax Regional Police uniform i just made :) hope fully gonna release them when they are ALL done :)

I'm not really sure if i should post this in support or??... i'm having trouble creating my own Police Uniform skin for IV would someone be able too explain in detail how i can do make my own uniform's? if you help me i'll give anyone who help's me out a nice +1 :D
