I appreciate all of the help you've provided (this thread and another). It is a last resort for me to want to pay someone but I've tried numerous times to no avail.

I am looking to commission someone (will discuss price with the right person) to make a texture pack for my city (Norfolk, VA). I am sure this is not the place to make a request but I am asking for someone to point me in the right direction to a phenomenal designer, or point me to the direction to post my request. So when I do that, my EUP doesn't work properly.

LSPDFR crashes while loading. I added exceptions for the entire GTA Main Directory. I am practically begging for someone to help me resolve this issue. I am a combat veteran and this is the only game I play. I feel I am so close to getting this to work. Any help is greatly appreciated

So I got it to work for once and then it's back to crashing before loading. Attached is the log from most recent crash.

I have been playing on the old version of LSPDFR since June. It stopped working so I uninstalled the game and everything in the entire file to complete a fresh install. After simply installing LSPDFR, Simple Trainer, and Script Hook V, the game doesn't even make it past the load screen before crashing. Any help to get the game back up and running is appreciated. I also have never asked for help with this so be gentle if I didnt get the correct report.
