I am looking to commission someone (will discuss price with the right person) to make a texture pack for my city (Norfolk, VA). I am sure this is not the place to make a request but I am asking for someone to point me in the right direction to a phenomenal designer, or point me to the direction to post my request. Thank you in advance to those who assist me in my search!
