Basically I replaced the materials.meta file when adding a snow mod for gta 5 and then it messed up my game, so I added a random material.dat from another mod website to replace the one that messed it up and now anytime that I try to spawn a vehicle my game just crashes.

Hello, this has happened twice now that's why I have reseted my pc. I've spent the whole day re-installing my mods and it still crashes, I've changed mods folder to "_mods" and changed scripts folder to "_scripts" and still nothing works, I don't know what to do and this is getting really frustrating RagePluginHook.log

No I don't think your understanding my problem. I don't have any plugins installed, it's LSPDFR First response that won't load, that's what I meant by plugins And when I launch it, it just loads story mode
