  1. That's correct, you have to wait for a new version of RPH which will be included with an LSPFR update.
  2. Read the first reply again, it tells you what and where - mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml.
  3. Post your latest log file again.
One of the best callout packs available. Variety of callouts available, realistic scenarios and more importantly, regularly updated for more than three years. Great work.
  4. I've been using this script for a long time and really enjoy it however around a week ago I began to suffer heavy performance loss (on a high end system) and spent several days trying to find the culprit. I finally discovered today that it was this script causing the problem and have been forced to remove it. Are there any further updates planned for it? This was my most recent log before it was removed:
  5. In the LSPDFR pursuit menu (press N during a pursuit) you can choose to force lethal tactics which will result in backup units firing at the suspect. If they are armed, they will likely shoot back from their vehicle.
  6. It looks like you have an outdated version of RPH, try updating to the version included in the latest LSPDFR version.
  7. Been having this issue too for some time. It seems the only way to fix it is to force close Rockstar Launcher and Steam and launch the game again via RPH.
Love this, very realistic callouts that you'd expect to see in Venice Beach/Santa Monica.
  8. Is there a way to have different tones, i.e for Code 2 and 3?
  9. Does anyone know the current LAPD fleet? Is the Crown Vic still being used? It looks like the Explorer makes up the majority of the fleet nowadays.
  10. These look great but I'm slightly confused. I've never heard of Mission Maker and it seems your other callout pack is posted under Misc. Will these callouts work as regular callouts do or do I have to force them manually with Mission Maker? Frankly if it's the latter, it's a deal breaker for me.
  11. Awesome job, will there be a lore-friendly version?
  12. Does anyone know what the current RCSD fleet consists of? From what I can tell from YouTube and Flickr it seems to be mostly the Crown Vic and Ford Explorer. The pictures I have seen of the Crown Vic feature the Arjent lightbar but I can't identify the ones used by the Explorer - does anyone know?
  13. Do you have plans to create Riverside (or other CA based sheriff) textures for the pack?
  14. Excellent addition, always thought there should be more in this area as it provides many opportunities. Can't wait to try them out.
  15. It seems like the majority of the community play LSPDFR in third person. There seems to have been an increase in body-cam style mods that allow the player to play as though they are watching through the player's body camera. Personally, I've always played in first person. I think it makes the gameplay far more realistic but just wondered how many others do the same.
  16. What I'll often do is send the default LSPDFR backup (even though I use Ultimate Backup) to the scene by setting the waypoint on the map. The default backup will respond to your waypoint and not your current location. It means you are not first on scene but is more realistic and means that you can have someone with a visual on the suspect(s) until you arrive.
  17. Today I found a list of LAPD vehicles and decided to use this to calculate the chance of each vehicle spawning in Ultimate Backup. Note that the percentages are based on these four vehicles, not the entire LAPD fleet. The list is from 2018 so the figures will be slightly outdated but it's a ballpark figure that can be adjusted to suit your personal preference. The list is as follows: Ford Crown Victoria (40%) Ford Explorer (37%) Dodge Charger (18%) Ford Taurus (5%) For those unaware, Ultimate Backup allows you to set the chance of a particular vehicle spawning when calling for backup. You can find the configuration files in plugins/lspdfr/UltimateBackup. Using the above list, you can set them up like this: <Vehicles> <Vehicle chance="40">POLICE</Vehicle> <Vehicle chance="37">POLICE2</Vehicle> <Vehicle chance="18">POLICE3</Vehicle> <Vehicle chance="5">POLICE4</Vehicle> </Vehicles> Remember to check that POLICE, POLICE2, etc correspond to the correct vehicle - the above code is just an example. Note that the chance for all vehicles must add up to 100. Hope some find this useful.
  18. This looks great, would you consider doing a lore-friendly LSFD version?
  19. Do you have plans to move the island elsewhere on the map? Would be cool if it was somewhere that took longer to get to by air or sea.
  20. It means you have modified the 'police' vehicle slot and there's something wrong with it. Have you installed any mods recently?
