Hi, I have an issue with the noose security enforcement model. Everything works correctly but the top/shirt. It appears to be the Santa shirt. I have reinstalled 7.4 and EUP Menu but still the same issue. I have checked the presets ini but still can't find the issue. Thanks :)

Hi, I recently reinstalled GTA IV through Steam and downloaded LCPDFR 1.1. I thought I use to be able to lock onto a ped with the red and blue flashing dot and scroll with the mouse wheel to select the correct person you wanted to stop and question(without a weapon). Now whenever I lock onto someone without a weapon and scroll it just zooms the camera in and out. I've tried to find in the keyboard/mouse mapping to disable the zoom but have had no luck. Can somebody help me as this is frustrating especially when I do foot patrols of Star Junction and other high populated areas Liam

Yes done all that but for some reason it still changes back to being read only! Ive run it as a adminstrator and everything else I have read on how to avoid errors but it still won't work!

Ok so I read as much here as i can to install LCPDFR on GTA IV EFLC and get this error Installation component 'LCPDFRModels' error'd! at System.String.Insert(Int32 startIndex, String value) at G17MediaSetupEngine.Installation_Components.tazershit.beginComponent() at G17MediaSetupEngine.UI.Interface.wizardControl1_SelectedPageChanged(Object sender, EventArgs e) at G17MediaSetupEngine.UI.Interface.wizardControl1_SelectedPageChanged(Object sender, EventArgs e) I know how your suppose to get rid of it but it won't work. When i access the EFLC folder to change it from read only to unclicked it goes back to read only when i re-open it! Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah thats what im looking for just something i can use as a plain clothed officer if you get me.

anything really, just something you can still see the gun holster with that isnt like blocking it in anyway

I want to request a model or if anyone knows any ped clothes that work as a plain clothed officer with a holester. I know that there are some downloads there but i don't like the shirts that come with them and I can't find anything to replace the texture with. Please if anyone could help. Sorry if this is wrong section first time using forums.
