I downloaded the newest versions of everything but rage keeps defaulting its settings (including not loading any plugins such as lspdfr).

Ive come home to Humvees, swat trucks, a multitude of cop cars, all kinds of stuff......really cool being able to see these kinds of things without being either cited or in cuffs

I have been working on a clan since about February. have the cars, peds, ten codes, everything all set up. If you want you can help me out with it. Itll save you a lot of work. Only downside is I don't have members yet.

In the trainers set car livery option there is more then 4 (I think its 10) so its gotta be possible somehow

Nope Figured out the issue with spark............ I had renamed it because of a tutorial that was supposed to let me have multiple modded copies of gta but didn't work.......... however fraps still wont work.... it says the installation has been corrupted when I have had the same program for 6 months therefore it shouldn't have a problem with the installation if it has worked all this time

So lately I start spark and as soon as I click on it and provide administrative permission it says that it stopped working and quits. now fraps has suddenly quit on me too. I have reinstalled spark 4 times from different places so it cant be just a faulty download. what do I do?

I think its a new m16 I downloaded from gta4-mods.com but idk......never had a problem until I put all new weapons in so it has to be one of them "Sounds like a typical GTA IV problem to me.... ;)" lmao........makes sense

Recently I have been having a lot of issues with my game including: 1. A lot of texture loss all the time from starting the game to when it finally crashes 2. a lot of crashes 3. Only the car in police1 spawns after a while of playing 4. trainer freezes a lot more often when spawning anything this is both single and multiplayer. I have no idea what is going on with it. can anyone help?

I have been attempting to make the Delaware law clan since about February and still have no officers. I need help with trying to advertise my clan. I don't have many youtube subscribers so I can only post 10 min videos wich isn't enough for a patrol video. I have tried many techniques but have had no luck. any advertising techniques I could use?

you don't need help 0.6.9 will work fine..... I still use 0.6.6 and I have had no issues. Probably either error or a titling mistake....no biggy

I am trying to let others into the teamspeak but it wont let me. I am asking for help getting it able to be accessed by other people and change the ip address of it because now its just a bunch of numbers

I cant see them to upload them. im trying to upload the rhino rambar to put on my car but after uploading the textures I cant find the model messed around with it and found it. thanks for the help

then I enter zmodeler they don't show up. they simply aren't there.

I feel stupid asking this question but I am relatively new and inexperienced with Zmodeler 2.2.4 and need to upload a .z3d file. there is also a .bak file. I have learned a few basics with zmodeler and this is probably the one thing I still don't understand. I cant even see them to upload them. what do I do?

If you finished reading the post I stated that I didn't want one of the mods or games that you just kick in the door and kill everyone because that's not what a swat team does. I want to have more arrests then shootouts in the mod but occasionally have shootouts. I believe we can complete the task at hand and make a great mod that the whole lcpdfr and gta modding community can enjoy
